By joining the Starity waitlist or accessing the Starity website ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Starity ("we," "us," "our").
2. About Starity
Starity is a career intelligence platform under development. The current site serves as a pre-launch waitlist to gauge interest and collect early access sign-ups. Features described on the website represent our intended direction and are subject to change.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Starity waitlist and, in future, the Platform if you:
- Are at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and truthful information when signing up
- Have not been previously banned or removed from Starity
By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Waitlist Sign-Up & Marketing Consent
When you join the Starity waitlist, you provide your email address and role type (job seeker or recruiter). Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform, early access pricing, or any specific feature.
By submitting your email address, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Starity, including launch updates, product announcements, and related content. You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting hello@starity.co, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Being on the waitlist is not a contractual offer or commitment on either side. We may change the product scope, pricing, or launch timeline without notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's email address
- Attempt to manipulate the waitlist counter or signup system
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to submit entries
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Starity website, including text, design, graphics, the Starity name, and the Starity logo, is the exclusive property of Starity and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the website without prior written permission from Starity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Starity website and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The descriptions of planned features are provided for informational purposes only and do not represent a warranty that such features will be available in the final product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in the waitlist, including but not limited to loss of data or business opportunity.

The Starity website may link to third-party websites or services (such as LinkedIn or Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services. Accessing those services is at your own risk.
