What is Starity?
Starity is an AI-powered career intelligence platform. For candidates, it maps your real strengths, tells you your actual market value, and matches you to roles that fit - not just ones that mention the right keywords. For recruiters and hiring teams, it pre-qualifies candidates across skills, salary fit, growth trajectory, and culture before a human ever opens a profile.
Is Starity live yet?
Not yet. Starity is currently in pre-launch, and the site you're on is an invite-only waitlist. Joining the waitlist doesn't grant immediate access - it puts you in line for early access when we launch.
How do I get early access?
Join the waitlist from the homepage with your email address and let us know whether you're a job seeker or a recruiter. We'll reach out with launch and access updates as they become available.
Will joining the waitlist cost me anything?
No. Joining the waitlist is free. It's also not a contractual offer or commitment on either side - we may change the product scope, pricing, or launch timeline before Starity fully launches.
Who is Starity for?
Two audiences, one platform: professionals actively growing their careers (job seekers), and recruiters or hiring teams trying to hire well. You choose which one applies to you when you join the waitlist.
Will I get emails after I join the waitlist?
Yes. By submitting your email to join the waitlist, you agree to receive marketing communications from us - including product updates, launch announcements, and related news. This is explained in full in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Can I stop receiving emails?
Yes, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email hello@starity.co directly. Opting out of marketing emails won't remove you from the waitlist unless you separately ask us to delete your data.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties, and we do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
What information do you collect when I join?
Just your email address, whether you're a job seeker or recruiter, and the time you signed up. That's it for the waitlist - we don't ask for a resume, a password, or payment information.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email hello@starity.co at any time and we'll remove your information within 7 business days.
When will Starity launch?
We haven't announced a launch date. Waitlist members will be the first to know as we get closer, and features described on the site represent our intended direction - they're subject to change before launch.
