- Uploaded Documents: Resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and other career documents you upload for analysis.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers).

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, coaching session frequency, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and IP address.
- Cookies & Tracking: We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to improve our service. See Section 7 for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Build and maintain your Career DNA profile for personalized coaching.
- Provide AI-powered career coaching, career planning, and accountability sessions.
- Generate personalized career plans, skill gap analyses, and action items.
- Send weekly check-in reminders via WhatsApp, email, or in-app notifications (with your consent).
- Improve and train our AI coaching models (using anonymized, aggregated data only).
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Communicate service updates, new features, and relevant career insights.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

- Career DNA: Your Career DNA profile is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time.
- Coaching Transcripts: Session transcripts are retained for 24 months to enable continuity in coaching. You may request earlier deletion.
- Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
